Take a few minutes before and after you board your flights to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds, especially if you just used the bathroom or are about to enjoy a snack
2. Pack Smart
Keep hand sanitizer and travel-sized disinfectant wipes in your carry-on bag to keep hands clean in between washes and to wipe down airplane seats and tables. We also recommend filling an old pill bottle with any of your daily medicine as well as aspirin and motion sickness medicine if you’re travelling somewhere with a high altitude.
3. Rest Up
Sometimes the best time to fly is late night or early morning, depending on your destination and airline schedules. Make sure you get a good nights sleep for at least a few days before your trip, especially the night before.
4. Stay Hydrated
It’s easy to forget to get enough water when you’re having fun – carry a stainless steel bottle in your favorite color to make sure you’re hydrating throughout your trip

If you’re not feeling well right before your trip, consider rescheduling until after you feel well again. Being sick on vacation is never fun!
