Please be aware that you may need to call your bank to increase your cash advance limit if using a credit card - we suggest using a debit card to avoid paying cash advance fees from your bank. In addition, if you did not provide your Social Security number when you bought your Cash Passport you will need to call us at 954-838-8294 in order to provide us with this information for security and compliance reasons so that we can help you complete this transaction. You may also reload your card in the currency originally loaded on it by taking your Cash Passport and valid photo ID to any participating Travelex store, branch of the partner bank or travel agent where your card was originally purchased.
